Copper ~2000 and it is Depression time baby.

Aluminum -- bought AA @11.2

Aluminum was around 3000 early in 2008. End of 2008 is ~1600. Not good for AA. Inventories also high.

Sliver and Gold -- Have a Holly Jolly Xmas

When I began my treacherous entry into stocks, Gold was ~770-800 and silver was ~10. On 11/28/2008, bought Yamana stock @5.70. It immediately went down a bit. Times might get tough so will Gold go up and take AUY with it? Yamana also mines for copper. I sold Yamana at $9. It was at $12 on 11/6/2009. Then 11/9/2009 I bought Hecla (HL) @$5.55. HL was rising fast over a few days. On Friday it was barely over $5. By Monday, I had to pay 5.55. I'm going to buy more if/when the price drops or if it looks like it will soar again. Hecla does silver & gold and other metals particularly Lead which is on a rise now 11/9/2009.
